Authorization of Pet(s) at Property Location

Only small pets such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils are allowed in Habyt Cantonment. As per Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore’s regulations, all endangered and wild animals are prohibited at all times.

Number of pets allowed — no more than 1 pet is allowed per guest room. Pet must be small in size, caged & of max 5 kg.

Pets are not allowed to enter any common areas of the property. When inside the property, they must remain in the guest room and caged unless the owner is inside the room with the pet.

Pet License

If your pet is a dog that is 3 months or older, the pet must be licensed under Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA), Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules. All dogs must be licensed for rabies control and mandated to renew that license every year. Failure to do so attracts a fine of up to $5,000 from the authority.

Pet Deposit

The guest will pay a refundable pet deposit of SGD 200 on arrival to the property.

Cleaning Charges

The guest agrees to an additional cost of $150 + 9% tax for the entire guest stay in concept of deep cleaning charges.

The guest acknowledges that room cleaning will not reoccur if the pet is left unattended or uncaged at the time of service. The guest understands that any allergies or issues that the pet may encounter during the guest stay are not the responsibility of Habyt Cantonment.

Room Booking

The guest agrees to book a Medium Room or a higher category so that there is ample space for the pet to cohabitate.
